Does anyone use the ATT U-verve 2wire modem/router? I have managed to get RoF port forwarded by I still need to setup a static IP address and hoping someone might know the procedure on that modem. Thanks

Don't know if this is what you mean but if you need to know your static IP address type CMD in the search box, this will bring up the command prompt. Then type ipconfig and press enter. You will now get all the ip info you need including your static ip address...

Actually that will only show you your current IP address. It could be static or dynamic. I think what Wing is asking is how to tell his router to not act as a DHCP server, and use a static IP address for connected devices, including his gaming machine.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about that type of router. I don't think I've ever figured it out correctly on my own either. It would seem relatively simple but doesn't seem to work when I've tried it in the past.
I just set up my port forwarding to use my gaming machine's current IP address. It will usually not change, even though it's dynamic. What will normally make it change is any time the router is reset, whether on purpose, or from a power outage. If game hosting doesn't work, you can just check it the way Reddog said, or just look at your router's status for currently connected devices. If it's different, just edit your port forwarding entry for the new IP.
