Is anyone familiar with the "Precision" mode and hotKey of trackIR? I just discovered it.

Precision mode works well when you zoom in for aim or long distance scanning so the TIR doesn't get so sensitive and bounce all over with every small movement.
I set up a key one time to max zoom in and kick in TIR but it made things a bit strange but, I may have been the fact I did not try and get used to it and abandon the idea pretty fast.

Having a dead zone in my TIR just doesn't work for me at all. My head doesn't slow down naturally in the forward view and it messes with me when I try to put a flat spot in my TIR at all.
Guess that's why they have all the adjustments so we can all get what we like.....
I like to have it where I can move side to side but that makes it real easy to throw the aiming off since your not looking right down the gun sights. I found a way to get it working and not have the aim thrown off but still have the ability to move side to side. Makes it easier to see things below me when bombing.

Well let me do you one better, here is my TiR profile attached to this post. Download it and move it to your 'profile' folder for Track IR and see what you think. I have a few tricks on it where you can lean over the side and look if you want but, it has a lot of movement side to side before it lets it move. This will keep you from sloshing around in the cckpit all the time. Very steady when aiming but still 6 degs of freedom if needed. Enjoy and I hope it helps. S! Attachments:
