Looks dangerous! But their advantage is, they didn't bounce 10 feet in the air even with a hard touchdown.

I notice the trailing airplanes are the first to touchdown then the leading planes, which makes sense.

Yup....and their orientation avoids wake turbulence, yes? But Dayyyuuumm....they have to be close, don't they? And at such a critical time; that seems like asking for it.
When RoF was relatively new, I remember them making a big show of how air currents (including wake turbulence) were modeled. I thought, "Wow! this is REALLY realistic!" But in all my time flying MMP, I've noticed the effects of wake turbulence.....maybe once.
It's sad to think of the capabilities of the flight engine of RoF, but coupled with the complete lack of fine-tuning that is associated with the ACFT flight models in this sim. It honestly, for the most part, reminds me of "NFM" in RB3D. Only a couple of planes, like the N17, Camel, or Dr.1, actually seem to have some complexity to how they act. A lot of them....such as most of the Entente 2-seaters....really disappoint me with their complete lack of realistic limitations, that would be part of any plane that size, and low power.
