If Paypal has paid them, there will be a record of a withdrawal or charge from your appropriate financial institution (statement showing account withdrawal if direct withdrawal option, or credit card statement if method of payment was credit card). All these things you should have access to online. If you can't find any record of the withdrawal or charge made at the time you made the order, perhaps Paypal screwed up and never paid them. Otherwise you will find concrete proof of the transaction and Paypal has done all it can. You'll have to show that to 777 and a post made on the forum saying they don't honor payments and don't refund them either might get them moving. But you have to be absolutely sure you are right first.

This has happened with me and PAYPAL on another account... and it was just a hiccup between my PAYPAL account and my bank account since you have to have a checking account back-up your PAYPAL account... just happened last week in fact (again) where something fell through the cracks. I have my boat business and it typically makes money and there are some funds in the PAYPAL account itself... but if not, it draws any more from the checking account. Something didn't fall in place when they went to the bank, and I thought a $20 payment would just draw against my checking account and it didn't. I got an email from EBay 2 days later telling me to pay for an auction. I had gone through the close and pay portion, but the payment never went through. It's happened before.
