I just upgraded my Teamspeak to version 3.0.14 and now TS3 Overlay does not work. Checking on-line, I saw a notice that the new Teamspeak is a complete re-write and no version of TS3 Overlay will now work.
I'll have to search further for answers, but I would hesitate before upgrading to the new Teamspeak. Does anyone have any suggestions or answers yet?

I've found the proper TS3 Overlay suitable for the latest Teamspeak 3.0.14 - it appears to be working, but I'll need to have someone else on TS to verify. Maybe this evening. You will need the TS overlay version appropriate for the API version identified on the TS Plugins panel. My install uses API version 20. I downloaded and installed ts3_overlay-v3.8.23.ts3_plugin from here: ts3overlay.r-dev.de/download/The download was immediately recognized by the TS installer and with confirmation, added it to TS3. To make sure it's active: 1) On the TS main menu, click Settings then Plugins. The Plugins panel opens. 2) In the list of plugins, ensure there is a check-mark next to TeamSpeak 3 Overlay plugin. (I had to reset my Overlay Hotkey which allows you to move/adjust the Overlay panels and messages with the RoF app). 3) Still in the Plugins panel, click Settings. The Overlay Options panel opens. 4) Click the Input tab, then click Set Hotkey and press the key you want for enabling in-game adjustments. 5) Click OK and on the Plugins panel click Close. The voice transmit command mapped to my keyboard and my joystick were not affected and worked as is.

Dudley,
Just did the same thing and since I saw no feedback...
Worked perfectly with the links you gave.
