Is anyone getting thrown to the desktop while the game is playing then back into the game again? This is happening to me more and more frequently. It's as if some one activated my Alt/tab keys in the middle of the game.

Seems like that happened to me a couple of times before the 1.029b update; haven't had it happen to me yet after the update.
What happened to me was it was an Internet Explorer (home page, our forum site) window opened up out of nowhere and minimized the game. Once I even remember 3 or so of the same window opened up, like they kept trying after I closed them. Seemed like a virus but I don't have any indications of that, and it was only during RoF (online) play.
Weird!

I guess I'll have to classify it as a nuisance bug. I could not find anything on RoF forum about it either. As always, rebooting usually fixes the problem.

SALUTE
Have you tried 'gamebooster' or other similar program?
this stops all none essential backround services working, ie there could be something in your pc that needs to be stopped from working whilst your flying?
I 've used it for a few years and it does no harm to try, very usefull for low end pc's.
