I was rumaging through the RoF forum a while back and found a posting that recommended turning on the RoF Multi-GPU/SLI checkbox, even if you have just a single video card. It's definitely increased my FPS. Try it out! The RoF posting (which I can't find again ) advised that there might be some micro-stutters, but I've not noticed any problems. To check my FPS, I use Game Booster by IObit: www.iobit.com/gamebooster.htmlIt's free and shuts down unrequired services and processes. You can customize it, display FPS, and record screen-shots and video. It does seem to have a minor conflict with TS3 Overlay, so my startup sequence is Game Booster, TrackIR, RoF, then Ctrl-Tab out to desktop and run TS3 and everything behaves nicely. FYI: Im running Win7 with a GTX 550Ti under NVidia 306.02 drivers.

Can you post a link to the original message on the RoF forum? Does anybody there have an explanation for that effect? Doesn't seem logical.

I'll search around again to see if I can locate that original thread.

SALUTE [glow=red,2,300]Multi-GPU (SLI/Crossfire only) - For use with computers with more than one video card in SLI or Crossfire. That being said, 777 says that checking it may increase fps even for single card users. It may however introduce microstutter.[/glow] riseofflight.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=353&t=26011
