Forum Changes: If you have issues come here

I have an update for the colors and templates. For some reason after they came over to the new site they worked for a few days. Then the file got changed and they were corrupted and now they don't work and I have not been able to get them to work correctly again.

So.... I am going to make up quite a few new ones and I am also going to install them so you guys can pick from the new selection. I will try and get a wide area of colors and ideas so if you like a lighter theme or a darker theme there should be able to find one you like.

The board upgrade was a have to thing from proboards. They are shutting down all the old V4 boards and there no choice in the matter. We put it off as long as possible but I was getting emails that they were closing down all the old V4's so it was time to move to the new V5 system.

This board has a bunch of great features I am looking at and it also offers you more ways to customize the look and feel of your personal themes.

There is a dark basic theme skin in the list now that will let you have a nice looking board that has good contrast for all of us older guys who can't see well on some backgrounds.... such as myself. I will install a few more today to give you guys some extra choices.

I'm seeing the same thing...most of the old themes are broken and don't work. I have no idea why, but at least we don't have the pink one anymore...

EDIT/Update:

Ok, we've got some new and some temporary themes up. They're still in progress. Black Haze Gray is set to default, check it out. Of the old themes, only Black Haze 2 is working. The others are just generic. We'll eventually have a couple of choices with some kind of Great War theme. If you just don't see anything you can live with, this version of proboards will allow you to make a color scheme that only you can see and use. You'll have to track that info down for yourself.

Ok, I'm going to apologize if this is redundant for some, but here's another possible issue with the new Proboards version.

We basically have no 'default' view for the forum. If you do not select a theme, you will most likely get Black Haze Gray, but there's no guarantee. There are some user-generated themes that we had added that define the look of our forums. If you're seeing something that you don't expect, it may be Proboard's default, which is mostly white I think.
You will need to set yourself a theme that you like. To do this, you need to navigate to the 'profile' tab at the top of the forum. Then look for 'edit profile' on the right side of your profile, and then 'settings' menu there. Partway down the page is a pull-down menu for themes, pick the one you like and be sure to save changes.

Right I still couldn't get the forum page looking like it should Doh! So cleared all the histories etc like FC said and still no joy! But while on TS with LOOP's last night I asked if he could post me the forum address he was using and what do you know, it worked like a dream.

The updated themes seem to be working for me. I'm on Firefox.
