Well, what does your display have for inputs? Most would probably use one of the DVI-I outputs. HDMI includes video AND sound; so if you are using a TV, or you're using a monitor with integrated speakers, you COULD use that. However, if you're using your computer's sound right now (on-board sound, OR a separate sound card) I personally would avoid enabling the sound on the video card too, in order to avoid sound driver conflicts. So for video only, you could use the DVI-I directly, or if you don't have a DVI input on your display, the DVI-I adapted to VGA (blue 15-pin D-sub). The video card will come with an adapter. If you do the latter, those adapters on the back of the card protrude quite a bit, and if your machine is sitting with the back of it in proximity to a wall or housing, your computer won't slide in near as far, safely. In that case, I use a cable that you can order that is DVI-I on one end, and VGA on the other; but a moot point if you aren't using VGA.
I don't know anything about that DisplayPort connector. Probably doesn't matter unless your display has that port.
That's a sweet card, Reddog; I have the 680 twin frozer III, that one you're getting looks like new generation and it sure is pretty. Before you put it in, take a close look at those fans; some of the twin frozers protrude out of the fan housing somewhat (the fan blades are higher than the housing by a little) and if there are any cables near the underside of your card, they can stop the fan very easily by jamming the fan blades and you probably won't even notice it until you smell the heat from the card....not a good thing.
Take care and good luck!

Bummer, after countless e-mails to the store and in the end saying i want a refund, i finally got a answer to when my order would come : Dear Neil Wright, Thank you for your webnote, I can confirm you are 1st in the list of 5 for pre orderd of this card. I have been updated also by our purchasing team that these cards may take over 2 months. I would recommend changing to Gainward or Gigabyte if you would like an alternative. We can still cancel if you wish? I hope this helps. Regards, Ben Eagles NOT A HAPPY BUNNY , anyways because no one seems to have the card i want in stock I've decided to change my order to a MSI GTX 770 Lightning 2gb, it's faster , and cheaper , and i should have it tomorrow. www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-201-MS&groupid=701&catid=1914

The reflections for me have become a bit of an annoyance, it seems that almost everything reflects and you get all kinds of things that you notice, you would not otherwise. Too bad that they can't make it as easy to notice a plane diving on you from long range at high speed, particularly in the area of your periphery that the monitor does not display.
Glad you got the card, + installed and working. You will enjoy it a great deal and it really does help the over all game play a great deal.
